About the Job
We are seeking a Tower Technicians with experience in the wireless industry. You must be knowledgeable in the installation of antenna equipment, coax, fiber, radios, and all ancillary equipment on cell sites.
Experience with working on various carriers wireless structures: T-Mobile, Verizon, Dish, and AT&T
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Willingness to learn and provide hands-on-training to others
• Capable of climbing and operating a man-lift, working on communications tower for the purpose of installing, replacing, and repairing antenna systems equipment and perform tower maintenance
• Proficient use and care of hand tools and mechanical equipment
• Ability to climb tall structures with 50lbs load
• Analyzing situations accurately and complete assigned course of action
• Capable of passing all safety training
• Recognizing safety hazards and performing duties in a safe manner
• Detail oriented-a high level of attention to detail is required
• Exceptional Critical Thinking skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to accomplish daily weekly and monthly goals
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to be organized, problem solve, and be solution oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Adheres to established company policies and procedures and pays special attention to safety requirements

Requirements
High school diploma required, general education degree (G.E.D.), or related trade school education
Minimum 2+ years in a Tower Technician
Valid Driver’s License
Have OSHA 30, NWSA certification, and/or capable of passing all safety trainings
Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
